Our Moose and Squirrel Nut Brown Ale – Best of Show winner at Best Florida Beer Championships – is back on tap at Market Street. This customer favorite revisits us with its full, nutty flavor and balanced finish. You can check out Head Brewer John Larsen’s Best of Show trophies for this beer on brewery side bar while you’re enjoying your pint of Moose and Squirrel.

These two beers are two ends of the spectrum for our beer lovers.

The new Easy Street Ale is a lower alcohol, session beer that features a subtle American hop profile within its grainy, malt flavor. It does in fact go down easy, so bring a friend and catch up on the latest happenings of the world.

You can cap it off with our popular Hopnosis Double IPA. The bright, citrus hop profile will add more sunshine to these 80 degree sunny days.

Both beers are on tap at Market Street.

The Red Alert Red IPA flares off at Market Street. This beer is layered with specialty malts that provide a luxurious malt backbone to the hops. This Red IPA delivers a great balance between the hopped up IPA drinker and the malt lovers of American Amber Ales and Standard Reds. Try it with any of the smokin’ chicken salads or toppings.

The Night Owl Oatmeal Stout is also back on tap at Market Street. A classic oatmeal stout that fills your mouth with rich, full flavor and wraps around you like your favorite blanket. Maybe we should have named it Linus. See you soon at Market Street.

Join us in congratulating Head Brewer John Larsen for recent wins at the 2013 Best Florida Beer Championships (BFBC).

Momo’s Brewery was awarded two Best of Show prizes at the competition. The professional industry competition is designed to recognize excellence in brewing among Florida’s craft brewers.

Momo’s was awarded gold meadals for our Moose and Squirrel Nut Brown Ale and our Big Papa Porter. The two beers went on to win the Best of Show prize in the Small Batch category and the 1st Runner Up Best of Show prize in the same category respectively. Over 240 commercial brewery entries were evaluated during the competition.

The BFBC is focused on promoting the quality of beers being brewed across the state. Our customers have made both Moose and Squirrel and Big Papa Porter house favorites at the pub. We’re honored to win these awards and to show that Momo’s beers are as good as any in the state and that our emphasis on making, solid well-crafted beers is appreciated by the judges of the competition as well.

We expect the beers to be available for a limited release this weekend and again later in the year.

Ollie’s Irish Red Ale is back on tap at Market Street. This malt driven beer is well-balanced, super flavorful, and downright easy drinking. It will taste delicious with any of our new menu items at the brewpub.

Hop Slam from Bell’s Brewery is now available at Market Street. This imperial IPA is a favorite among  hop fans.  It packs a wallop – perfect for splurging on two slices while you’re here.

The Sunburst IPA comes back to Market Street after too long of a vacation. This bright, citrus IPA is of course…bursting with flavor. We missed this beer and couldn’t wait to get it back into rotation.  This one is standard IPA alcohol strength (not a double IPA), but is no less flavorful. Freshly hopped and freshly crafted, it will quench that thirst pronto.
